Granger Legacy, Green Innovators and Early Adopters
Beau Granger grew up in a builder family, launching Beau Development in 2002. Best in Class Customer Service
What a better way to learn about customer satisfaction and exceptional service than from these happy homeowners:
“We love Ballard and have lived here for 8 years. Our last house is only three blocks away but, needed more space. I spent a year looking at EVERY new construction townhouse that came up on the market in Ballard. When I found our home I knew it was the one. It was still under construction but I loved the space and loved Beau’s aesthetic. It is beautiful and well constructed. It’s a great space and we are so happy in our home! Thank you Beau!””

“Being newlyweds searching for a 1st home can be a fun and exciting time or it can be a frustrating and discouraging experience. My wife and I were nearly a year into our search, had been through 100’s of homes that weren’t a good fit, experienced multiple rejected offers and were starting to lose hope in finding the right home for us. We were touring through yet another townhome that we didn’t like when the selling agent there recommended we take a look at the projects Beau Development had in progress, specifically one in West Lake Union. After doing a little research, seeing pictures of their past projects and driving by this one we set up a tour. When we first walked in we were instantly excited about the flow of the home, the open concept and high ceilings for the kitchen/dining/living room, the huge rooftop deck and of course the AMAZING views! We also loved the modern yet warm finishes, the grey cabinets with the white quartz counters, the industrial stair railing, the high end appliances/fixtures, the customized closet in the master bedroom and of course the laundry room, which my wife was very excited about J In meeting and talking to Beau that day I could tell that he was serious about developing unique and quality homes and no detail was too small or unimportant. Clearly this wasn’t just a job for him, this was his passion. A day later my wife and I made an offer and the rest is history. We now look back at our journey and are so thankful for the homes we lost out on because this led us to Beau Development and into a home that has been perfect for us!”
